Alexander Technique for Busy People Program Agreement/Terms and Conditions

SERVICES

Nadia Banna provides the service Alexander Technique for Busy People, which consists of the following:

(a) one 45-minute lesson per month, in her studio, at a mutually convenient time for client and her (only for those enrolled in the full subscription plan, not included in the self-study plan)

(b) one guided lie-down per month, delivered virtually as an audio recording

FEES AND PAYMENT

The monthly cost is $99, to be paid in full at the time of monthly billing ($29 for the self-study option).

Payment occurs on a monthly recurring basis. Client is free to cancel at any time. However, cancellation must occur before monthly billing date, otherwise client will be billed for the month and may continue to use the services through the next billing date.

REFUNDS

Refunds of any kind are not permitted once monthly charge has been billed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any services offered within each month (i.e. the lesson), must be scheduled and used within the month. Any remaining lesson cannot be rolled over into the following month, and will be considered forfeited if not scheduled within the same month. If booking occurs within the last week of the month, Nadia reserves the right to cancel the lesson (meaning lesson is forfeited) if there is no availability in the end of the month and the first week of the following month. She will do her best to offer a makeup in the first week of the following month, but it is at her discretion and scheduling.

If a lesson needs to be rescheduled, the client must give 24 hours notice and reschedule it to another time within the same month in order to use it. Client is only able to reschedule the lesson once pending calendar availability; any further reschedules will result in a forfeiture of the lesson.
